It is important to remember that ACN does not allow any claims to be made by IBOs in reference to their income or the income of others. Similarly, IBOs cannot make any claims of lavish lifestyles gained by becoming an IBO. Claims of income or lavish lifestyle can be misleading to a prospective IBO since not everyone will be successful. Remember to focus on the end value of the ACN opportunity-time and freedom, not material possessions. Use ACN provided disclaimers included in the attached document.
It is important for a new or prospective IBO to clearly understand that it takes hard work and perseverance to be successful at ACN or any other business. IBOs must clearly explain the compensation plan and be clear that IBOs are only paid when customers are acquired
